Senja Barthel appointed new confidential counsellor for academic integrity

The BETA faculty appoints two counsellors on academic integrity issues. Senja Barthel is newly appointed to the position for the next two years. The counsellors give confidential advise on how to proceed when academic misconduct is supposed, such as: -My name was left off a publication I contributed to. -We can't agree on the order of the cited authors. -One of my colleagues is using my work without citing me. -I have noticed that my colleague is producing sloppy work. Any researcher from PhD candidate to full-professor has access to the support on scientific integrity support of the VU Amsterdam.
