Spinoza award for Joyeeta Gupta

IVM congratulates Professor Gupta on this incredible achievement! Joyeeta Gupta , a respected and appreciated member of the IVM family, has recently been awarded the Spinoza Prize by NWO (Dutch Research Council) , the highest distinction in Dutch science. Joyeeta Gupta, professor of Environment and Development in the Global South at the University of Amsterdam received the prize, sometimes called the 'Dutch Nobel Prize', for her outstanding, pioneering, and inspiring scientific work focused on a just and sustainable world.
