Often huge gains in lifestyle can be made with (relatively) small adjustments. In this triptych, you will be taken through the basics of how to feel better about yourself, reflect on your daily life and explore what adjustments are feasible for you.
The triptych consists of three 1.5 hour meetings. Each meeting will focus on one theme:

- Nutrition
- Exercise
Each workshop provides a combination of theoretical background information and practical tips for your lifestyle adjustments.
