Nicole Mølby-Bueters new director Human Resources Management

Nicole is recognized as an experienced, empathetic, and results-driven professional in the HRM field.

The Executive Board has appointed Nicole Mølby-Bueters as new Director of the HRM department, effective May 6, 2025.

Nicole holds an academic degree from Radboud University Nijmegen (Business Communication) and has built a successful international career since 1992. In 2006, she started working at Philips, where she held various senior HR and business leadership roles (Sr. Director), with a focus on HRM and talent acquisition. Nicole is recognized as an experienced, empathetic, and results-driven professional in the HRM field and she has a passion for leadership and culture.

Key focus areas of Nicole will be the further professionalization of the HRM department and the successful implementation of the Squad Improvement Program. She will lead this important initiative, which is aimed at strengthening the role as a trusted business partner for TU/e that enables us by delivering strong key HR services like recruitment and wellbeing, and a solid basis by delivering standardized and efficient services.

Nicole Mølby-Bueters succeeds Mariska Brzözek, who was HRM director for five years.

Nicole is recognized as an experienced, empathetic, and results-driven professional in the HRM field.
