Agaath Doeleman , a Data Analyst at NOC*NSF/TeamN with a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Twente, is at the forefront of shaping data-driven decision-making. Her team guides investment decisions for TeamNL, establishes athlete selection standards, and evaluates Olympic and Paralympic performances. Recognized for excellence, Agaath was admitted to MEMOS XXV, where her project on incorporating data and expert opinion in Olympic athletes’ selection processes earned her the prestigious Madella Award as the best project of the year.
